Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource (HR) Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. W
e value not just your current proficiency but your willingness to quickly pick up the required skills.

There are 7 key responsibilities:

1) HR Business Partner (HRBP):
Align people strategy with business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the bridge between business units and HR functions.
  • Advises managers on team structure, workforce planning, and org design.
  • Handles employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Coaches leaders on culture, engagement, and change management.

2) Talent Acquisition (Recruiting):
Find, attract, and hire the right people.

Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting / Executive search to recruit the best candidates.
  • Recruitment Operations - ATS (Applicant Tracking System), interview scheduling, metrics.
  • Employer Branding — content and campaigns that attract candidates.

3) Learning & Development (L&D):
Build skills and enable continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Training programs (technical, leadership, soft skills).
  • Onboarding design and delivery.
  • Performance development plans.
  • Career pathing and internal mobility.
  • Learning systems and platforms (LMS, mentoring programs).

4) Total Rewards (Compensations & Benefits):
Design fair, motivating pay and benefits systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Salary benchmarking and compensation design.
  • Bonuses, commissions, and incentive schemes.
  • Benefits administration (insurance, wellness, leaves, etc.).
  • Payroll compliance and accuracy.
  • Equity or stock plan management.

5) People Operations (HR Ops / Admin):
Run HR's day-to-day machinery efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management.
  • Employee data records and documentation.
  • Contract and statutory compliance management.
  • Onboarding/offboarding logistics.
  • Visa, relocation, and time attendance.

6) Employee Experience & Engagement:
Drive culture, belonging, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Culture-building initiatives.
  • Engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Internal communications and recognition programs.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
  • Hybrid/remote work experience optimization.

7) Workforce Planning & Analytics:
Use data to shape workforce strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Headcount forecasting and budgeting.
  • Attrition and hiring trend analysis.
  • Predictive analytics (e.g., who might leave, skill gaps).
  • Performance and productivity analytics.

Years of Experience:

  • We are open to candidates with more than 3 years of experience.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam
