Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform plan to reach sales outlook day/month/year.


• Strong contribution in loan & credit card performance.


• Strong in risk control.

• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers, including managers.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree

• At least 1 years of experience in the financial industry

• Experience in performing operational risk management, compliance monitoring, auditing, and/or testing;

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices;

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to banks operating in Vietnam;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;

• Good organizational skills and attention to details;

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently, and maintain confidentiality;

• A professional attitude and a commitment to deliver quality service;

• A team player who takes initiative and can build relationships quickly.
