About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships while driving successful outcomes on a variety of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital, and more. You will work closely with clients, internal teams (creative, media, strategy, etc.), and external vendors to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the key contact point between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive, clear communication at every stage.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and anticipating needs.
- Lead regular campaign check-ins and performance reviews, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Address client concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure high satisfaction.
Project Coordination & Marketing Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, and traditional channels.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Creative, Production, Planning, Digital) and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Support the development and tracking of project timelines and budgets, ensuring accountability and momentum.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and consolidate inputs to align execution with campaign strategy and client objectives.
- Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and trends to inform campaign direction and enhance relevance.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, approvals, and budget tracking.
- Provide timely status updates and campaign performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in post-campaign evaluations to support ongoing improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in integrated marketing, account management or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of brand communication & IMC/ATL/Digital marketing channels and best practice
- Experience with campaign planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional English proficiency is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
