Job Description:
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and organized management of operational data and documentation across the company's systems. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth operational workflows, maintaining data integrity, and enabling informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, operational awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Data Management:
Oversee the input, updating, and maintenance of operational data across various systems and databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Data Verification & Quality Assurance:
Review, validate, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all data entries. Identify inconsistencies and take corrective action proactively.
• Documentation & Records Management:
Organize, manage, and maintain digital operational records to ensure structured, accessible, and compliant documentation.
• Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and generate operational reports as required by management to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Compliance & Data Governance:
Ensure all operational data activities align with internal policies, procedures, and relevant data protection regulations.
• Continuous Improvement:
Conduct regular data clean-ups, identify gaps in processes, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and departments to resolve data discrepancies, support operational workflows, and streamline processes.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience
: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry, office management, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an operations support, data administration, or data entry role.
- Technical Skills
: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with data entry tools and operational systems.
- Basic understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Key Competencies
: - Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors quickly.
- Capable of generating reports and analyzing data in alignment with business requirements.
- Organizational Skills
: - Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain digital and records efficiently.
- Communication & Collaboration
: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve data issues.
- Compliance & Quality Control
: - Familiarity with data protection regulations and company policies related to data handling.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and security.
- Other Requirements
: - Willingness to perform administrative tasks as part of broader operational responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to new systems, software, and operational processes.
