Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HN Customer Support (English Fluent) position based in Hanoi. The Customer Support professional will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, maintaining positive customer relationships, and responding promptly to customer needs. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Support and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Technical Support knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Hanoi and contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within IT or digital commerce is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
