Customer Support Executive
, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to free workers from the burden of debt and help them regain control of their financial lives.

Role Description

  • Monitor the system, detect and promptly handle errors or incidents
  • Set up solutions and features on the system according to customer requirements
  • Support and care for users throughout the life cycle at Ekko
  • Record, report and track arising issues (from users or the system)
  • Track costs and payments to service providers
  • Coordinate with the Product department to accurately deploy new features
  • Update, summarize and report customer data periodically.

Qualifications

  • College/University graduate (priority given to Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Technical Support
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in office software; know how to use or be willing to learn CRM and ticket systems
  • Careful thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with data
  • Basic-fair English reading comprehension.

  • 09am - 06 pm Monday to Friday
