Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Leader, based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The E-Commerce Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce operations, including sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to improve business performance, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and optimizing the online shopping experience. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Develop and execute business plans on eCommerce platforms (monthly, quarterly, sales campaigns, and new product launches); propose pricing strategies, deals, and promotions to achieve assigned targets.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GMV, NMV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, Orders, ACOS, ROAS, Returns) in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Logistics.
  • Optimize product listings (images, content, SEO) on international eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to propose customer acquisition strategies and advertising approaches for different product categories.
  • Manage store operations on eCommerce platforms, including program updates, pricing, flash sales, bundles, and product variants.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse allocation to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
  • Handle account-related issues, ensuring full compliance with platform policies and operational standards.
  • Manage customer and partner feedback, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and performance analytics software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred
