MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Mục tiêu:

Dẫn dắt chiến lược creative marketing trên các nền tảng video ngắn (đặc biệt là TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts) cho thị trường US Market, với mục tiêu:

Chuyển hóa insight sản phẩm thành angle bán hàng đột phá

Tạo ra video vừa giải trí vừa thúc đẩy nhu cầu mua hàng (shoppertainment)

Xây dựng & phát triển DNA nội dung giúp tăng trưởng doanh thu, follower chất lượng và brand equity

Trách nhiệm chính:

Xây dựng chiến lược nội dung và kế hoạch phát triển kênh video ngắn cho từng brand/kênh

Phân tích insight khách hàng & sản phẩm → phát triển angle bán hàng sáng tạo

Dẫn dắt team creative (copywriter, editor, video production) sản xuất video có tỷ lệ watch-through & conversion cao

Theo dõi & tối ưu hiệu suất video dựa trên data (CTR, CVR, ROAS...)

Phối hợp cùng team Ads & Performance để đồng bộ creative và paid performance

Liên tục cập nhật trend, thử nghiệm A/B testing để tìm ra "winning content pattern"

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Kinh nghiệm & Kiến thức chuyên môn:

Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong Creative Marketing / TikTok Marketing / D2C eCommerce

Hiểu rõ thuật toán & hành vi người dùng TikTok, Reels, Shorts

Có kinh nghiệm tạo video bán hàng thực chiến, chuyển hóa insight → concept → kịch bản

Thành thạo data dashboard (TikTok Analytics, Ads Manager, GA, Sheets...)

Am hiểu văn hóa Mỹ, GenZ/GenAlpha mindset, hiểu gu visual, tone, humor phương Tây

Kỹ năng nổi bật:

Strategic thinking: nhìn big picture từ sản phẩm → angle → creative → performance

Storytelling & scripting: viết kịch bản ngắn có hook mạnh & CTA tự nhiên

Visual & editing sense: hiểu pacing, tone color, rhythm

Data literacy: biết đọc chỉ số, test & tìm "winning creative"

Leadership: biết brief & quản lý đội nhóm creative

Ưu tiên:

Từng làm trong D2C, POD hoặc eCommerce quốc tế

Có portfolio video tạo doanh thu thực tế (shoppertainment content)

Có kinh nghiệm với TikTok Shop, Meta Ads hoặc Creative Labs
