Position: Talent Development Specialist (Chuyên viên Phát triển Nhân tài)

Reports to: Head of Succession Pipeline
JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and measuring the effectiveness of talent development activities, ensuring knowledge is translated into practical skills and behaviors to be ready for appointment to higher positions. This role directly contributes to building a competent workforce, ready to meet the long-term growth objectives of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Program Management & Implementation (45%)
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the internal mentoring program, including training Mentors, supporting Mentees, and tracking progress.
- Plan, coordinate, and directly organize training programs, skill workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate on Training Needs Analysis based on performance data, competencies, and organizational direction.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance engagement and practical impact.
B. Individual Development & Performance Tracking (35%)
- Guide employees and managers in building, updating, and executing competency-based Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Monitor the progress of IDP execution and provide support for job rotations when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on training results and talent development metrics.
- Integrate performance and competency data to propose long-term development plans.
C. Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategy Alignment (20%)
- Work closely with HRBPs, Learning & Development, and line managers to implement development programs tailored to specific target groups.
- Ensure all development initiatives are closely aligned with the overall HR strategy and business objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Manager Engagement in Mentoring Rate
- IDP Completion & Rotation Execution Rate
- Skill & Behavior Transfer Rate (Post-Training)
- Readiness for Promotion
- Learning Impact Metrics / Training ROI
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Development (TD), Learning & Development (L&D), or Talent Management.
- Experience working in companies within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or E-Logistics sectors like Giao hang Nhanh is an advantage.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing Mentoring programs, IDPs, or leadership development programs is preferred.
B. Skills:
- Knowledge of Learning Science, Competency Frameworks, Performance Management, and Business Acumen.
- Excellent Project Management, communication, coordination, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HR Data Analytics and planning competency development.
- Systematic thinking with the ability to connect data between Performance, Competency, and Development.
- Fluent communication in English.
C. Qualities:
