In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Managing key relationships and stakeholders across functions with Key customers and partner
- Turning business, industry development, and customer needs into sales opportunities and proactively identifying and driving new opportunities in untapped markets
- Develop, execute and maintain customer account plans for all of the responsible accounts
- Leading and managing commercial projects, driving the project execution with relevant stakeholder/partner, while ensuring our solution meet customer needs and brief.
- Being Customer Focused on innovative thinking to solve problems and solutions for current and potential customers
- Work closely with Sales Leader, Regional Marketing, and technical stakeholder.
To succeed you must hold:
- Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in Specialty Ingredients Sales or Industry experience from Home and Personal Care, fragrance will be strong advantage
- Experience in managing Global Key Accounts of FMCG player will be a plus
- Have a high comfort level interacting with C-level executives and decision markers
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Be a strong communicator and a dynamic, pro-active personality
- Travel is required, may travel up to 40% of the time within the assigned territory
