AWING is an AdTech platform and a mobile location-based marketing channel — a smarter way for brands to connect with real-world audiences while supporting the networks people rely on.
Through the AWING Ads Network, we help brands reach premium offline users through Wi-Fi-based touchpoints using formats such as TVCs, bumper ads, interactive surveys, and voucher distribution.
With strategic investment from NTT e-Asia (a member of NTT Group – Top 4 global telecom & IT corporations), AWING is expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia, redefining how brands engage consumers at the right place and the right moment.
As part of our next growth phase, we are looking for 05 Business Development Managers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to drive sales growth and lead key partnerships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Hunt and work directly with big brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals that expand AWING's market share.
- Consult and provide AdTech-driven media solutions tailored to each client's business.
- Build and mentor your own BD sub-team, with a clear path to P&L leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver impactful results.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, ideally in Tech, AdTech, Martech, Media, or Digital industries.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving big revenues in past roles.
- Prefer candidates who have shown stability in their recent roles, ideally staying 2–3 years in one company.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders (C-levels).
- Analytical and strategic thinker, results-oriented and self-driven.
- Demonstrated leadership potential — able to coach, build, and scale a BD team.

- Competitive base salary: USD 1,200 – 2,000/month (gross).
- For high-potential candidates, starting from USD 1,000/month with fast-track career growth.

- Monthly sales incentives based on performance.
