  • Quay và dựng video:

  • Thực hiện quay video theo yêu cầu của team Marketing (bao gồm video quảng cáo, review sản phẩm, hậu trường, POV TikTok, v.v.)
  • Dựng và chỉnh sửa video theo đúng định hướng thương hiệu, đảm bảo chất lượng hình ảnh và âm thanh tốt.
  • Chụp ảnh sản phẩm:
  • Chụp ảnh sản phẩm phục vụ cho các kênh TMĐT, social media, website.
  • Xây dựng bố cục ảnh, sắp xếp bối cảnh sáng tạo, phù hợp với từng chiến dịch.
  • Hậu kỳ ảnh (chỉnh sáng, màu, nền, cắt ghép cơ bản).
  • Sáng tạo nội dung hình ảnh & ý tưởng:
  • Phối hợp cùng team Marketing để đề xuất concept video, ảnh sản phẩm phù hợp với từng chiến dịch truyền thông.
  • Nắm bắt xu hướng hình ảnh & video mới (TikTok, Reels, Shopee Video,...) để áp dụng linh hoạt.
  • Quản lý và lưu trữ:
  • Sắp xếp, quản lý kho tư liệu video/ảnh khoa học để dễ dàng tái sử dụng.
  • Bảo quản thiết bị quay chụp và dụng cụ hỗ trợ.

Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Yêu cầu công việc:

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm trong lĩnh vực quay dựng video, chụp ảnh sản phẩm hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ dựng video & chỉnh ảnh cơ bản như:
  • Video: Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, Final Cut hoặc tương đương.
  • Ảnh: Lightroom, Photoshop (hoặc các công cụ chỉnh ảnh khác).
  • Có khả năng set up ánh sáng cơ bản, dàn dựng bố cục chụp/quay sáng tạo.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, bắt trend nhanh, chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng.
  • Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, đúng deadline và phối hợp tốt với team.
  • Có khả năng tìm hiểu và ứng dụng video AI là một lợi thế
