A Day in the Life as an Assistant Media Product Manager You report to the Head of Media Corporate within the CDMO team and act as the measurement and 1P/CX lead for the Vietnam market within the SAPMENA cluster, working in an international, multi-division environment with no direct reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management & Integration: Work with SFMC/Google Marketing Cloud to manage data storage, API integrations, and segmentation. Align with marketing teams across divisions to acquire and manage 1PD data (offline, online, QR code activations) while ensuring data consent compliance.
  • Collaborate with local and regional IT teams for business requirements.
  • Website Management: Consult and manage brand websites, ensuring alignment with objectives (e-boutique, branding, etc.) and delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Consumer Experience (CX): Ensure a smooth and engaging user journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.

  • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Profile & requirements: no specific degree required; 5 years' experience in a similar role; Vietnamese (native) and professional English; tools & knowledge: GA4, GTM, CRM platforms, data privacy, vendor & budget management.
