About The Team
We are looking for a Video Content Creator – Social Media who is passionate about digital content and has strong creative skills to join our team. This role will focus on creating engaging short-form videos across multiple platforms

Job Description

  • Develop creative content (images, short-form videos, reels, stories, captions) that align with the brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Create and produce short videos with trend-based, entertaining, or educational concepts to boost engagement and drive user action.
  • Proactively explore short-form video trends and research new ideas to keep users engaged and excited
  • Work directly with the internal Production team to ensure higher-quality video outputs
  • Maintain content calendars, ads boosting and ensure timely posting
  • Use analytical tools (e.g. Social Listening Tool, Emplifi & Facebook Insights,etc.) to monitor channel and content performance.
  • Plan and execute social media activities to support projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Campaign, Design, Production,Project) in a fast-paced environment to deliver relevant tasks and projects.
  • Manage communication projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or College graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong ability to catch trends and create short videos
  • Experience using AI tools for content ideation and simple video production.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about social media.
  • Knowledge/experience with video editing software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Drive.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking, with problem-solving skills.
  • Key traits: strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, team player, cautious, multi-tasker, detail-oriented.
  • Good command of English
