Content Creator - Chuyên sản xuất video ngắn cho TikTok & Reels

Công cụ chính:

Điện thoại thông minh và Ứng dụng CapCut (ưu tiên)

Hình thức làm việc:

Full-time

Trách nhiệm chính:

1.    
Lên ý tưởng & Kịch bản:

·      Nghiên cứu các xu hướng (trend) mới nhất trên TikTok, Reels.

·      Đề xuất ý tưởng nội dung phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển của thương hiệu/sản phẩm.

·      Viết kịch bản video ngắn gọn, súc tích, dễ hiểu.

2.    
Quay phim:

·      Tự quay các footage (cảnh quay) bằng điện thoại, đảm bảo chất lượng hình ảnh rõ nét, âm thanh tốt, bố cục đẹp mắt.

·      Áp dụng các kỹ thuật quay phim di động cơ bản (góc quay, chuyển động, ánh sáng...).

3.    
Hậu kỳ & Dựng video:

·      Sử dụng thành thạo ứng dụng 
CapCut

trên điện thoại để dựng video. Biết them các phần mềm khác là 1 lợi thế

·      Biên tập, cắt ghép clip nhịp nhàng, cuốn hút, phù hợp với nhịp độ của video ngắn.

·      Thêm hiệu ứng, text, nhạc nền (trending audio), sticker, transition mượt mà, sáng tạo.

·      Chỉnh màu cơ bản để video bắt mắt hơn.

4.    
Đăng tải & Tối ưu hoá:

·      Viết caption thu hút, sử dụng hashtag hiệu quả.

·      Theo dõi, phân tích hiệu suất (lượt xem, tương tác, share...) của video để có đề xuất cải thiện.

Yêu cầu công việc:

·      
Kinh nghiệm:

Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tự quay dựng video bằng điện thoại cho TikTok/Reels (có thể là cho cá nhân hoặc dự án riêng). Có portfolio (bộ sưu tập video) cá nhân là một lợi thế rất lớn.

Kỹ năng công cụ:

Bắt buộc:

Thành thạo sử dụng 
CapCut

để dựng video từ A-Z.

Ưu tiên: Có kiến thức về các ứng dụng chỉnh sửa khác (Canva, VN, InShot, Alight Motion...) hoặc biết sử dụng các template trên CapCut.

Kỹ năng mềm:

Nhạy bén xu hướng:

Luôn cập nhật các trend âm thanh, effect, format content mới trên TikTok và Reels.

Sáng tạo:

Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, khả năng sáng tạo nội dung hấp dẫn.

Kỹ năng quay phim cơ bản:

Biết cách bố cục một khung hình, nắm bắt ánh sáng và âm thanh.

Chịu được áp lực:

Khả năng làm việc trong môi trường nhanh, cần tốc độ và sự linh hoạt.
