2. Trách nhiệm chính

  • Quản lý thư từ, tài liệu và hồ sơ đến và đi tại công trường.
  • Soạn thảo và lưu trữ các tài liệu hành chính, báo cáo và biểu mẫu tiêu chuẩn.
  • Điều phối các chuyến thăm công trường và hỗ trợ tiếp đón đối tác, khách và chính quyền địa phương.
  • Theo dõi và quản lý giấy phép và tài liệu pháp lý liên quan đến xây dựng (ví dụ: giấy phép xây dựng, an toàn, phòng cháy chữa cháy, v.v.).

  • Sẵn sàng đi công tác hoặc ở lại công trường khi được yêu cầu.
