Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage buyer communications and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
  • Provide user-centric solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen trust in the UGREEN brand.
  • Handle and follow up on customer issues promptly; analyze data trends to improve service and product experience.
  • Execute daily returns processes and analyze returns data to identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support operational collaboration and strategy development.
  • Review workflows regularly to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any major).
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience

as a
Customer Service

in the
electronics industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and responsible.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
