We are continuously working to cultivate an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and bias, and we welcome all individuals to apply for roles at Suntory PepsiCo.Role: Identify brand strategy and develop business plan forStingto meet brand KPIs and grow businessWhat you'll do*Key Brand Lead; developing objectives, strategy, priorities, initiatives, budgets & resources• Lead the development & evolution of the brand positioning & communication within regional / global guardrails.• Build and deploy a sharp differentiated and consumer resonant brand architecture for the brand• Lead the execution and development of brand plans including:o Consumer advertising and promotion ideation, screening, testingo Annual Operating Plan (AOP)o Innovation pipeline• Lead Innovation Strategy, Pipeline & Process to unlockmarket initiatives: flavour rotations, new platforms & core product improvements• Work with ED Cat-Head on the communications/branding of the initiatives to ensure:o Deliver on tangible brand & business metricso Embed the brand in cultureo Resonate with key target audience & cohort across multiple markets• Support in development on Brands (thematic / platform / consumer engagement / campaigns) including localization of Global content.• Ensure the right channel mix and campaign plans to optimize target consumer reach• Drive Consumer Centricity across the region by partnering with Insights to strategically plan, validate, monitor and implement data driven decisions.* Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal) work with Sales to co-develop trade & channel programs, POS support related to brands* Accountable for teamWhat you need to be successfulEducation: Bachelors Degree relevant Marketing is referred.Functional expertise:Strong leadership & interpersonal skillBrand management experienceConsumer orientation, brand operating experience10 years experience in Markerting and >3 years in same position (MM), preferably in FMCG, beverage industry understandingExperience to lead a teamHave good understanding and experiences in consumer orientationFluent in English
