Director of Sales & Marketing
to drive commercial expansion, brand visibility, and business development across its healthcare services portfolio.

This is a key leadership role that will work closely with senior management to define go-to-market strategies, build high-performing sales and marketing teams, and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, insurers, corporates, and government stakeholders.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a tangible impact on healthcare accessibility and growth in a rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Commercial Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth across multiple business lines (e.g., hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or diagnostic services).

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.

Market Expansion & Partnerships:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and referral networks with healthcare providers, insurers, and enterprise clients to enhance the company's market position.

Brand & Marketing Excellence:

  • Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, patient engagement campaigns, and public relations initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and reputation in the healthcare space.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize market insights, patient data analytics, and performance metrics to refine commercial strategies and ensure high ROI on marketing investments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with medical leadership, operations, and finance teams to align business growth initiatives with clinical capacity, pricing strategies, and service excellence.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Manage sales and marketing budgets, set performance KPIs, and ensure effective allocation of resources toward the highest-impact initiatives.

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities adhere to healthcare industry regulations and ethical standards under MOH and other governing bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role within the healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital management sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies that drive measurable increases in revenue, patient volume, and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and regional healthcare landscape, including corporate health, insurance networks, and patient referral ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel marketing platforms is an advantage.
