ABOUT THE ROLE

The CTO is the ultimate owner of Ecomobi's overall
Technology Strategy, System Architecture, and Technical Operations.

The role requires a candidate who is "Purely Tech", capable of Leading the engineering team, and driving major Organizational Restructuring programs to ensure Ecomobi's technology capabilities lead the market and support aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

:

A. Architecture & Strategy

1. Design & Scaling:

Develop and oversee the system architecture strategy (System Architect) to ensure high scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term sustainability for Ecomobi's products over the next five years.

2. Data Management

: Build and enhance a robust Data Warehouse architecture to ensure clean, high-quality, easily accessible data that effectively supports business decision-making and analytics (Business Intelligence).

3. Cost Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and optimize technology infrastructure costs (Cloud/Server/Tools) without compromising service quality.

B. Technical Leadership & Transformation

1.
Technical Leadership:

Act as the technical authority, inspiring and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.

Restructuring:

Analyze, plan, and execute the engineering team and process

initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

C. Operational Management

1. Manage the technology budget (Opex/Capex) and optimize infrastructure costs.

2. Establish Disaster Recovery plans and ensure efficient incident response procedures.

COMPETENCIES:

A. Technical Competencies

Deep Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CTO/VP Engineering in large-scale technology companies.

Expertise:

• System Architecture:

Proven experience in designing and scaling high-traffic transactional systems/platforms.
- Data Warehouse:

Strong proficiency in building and managing large-scale data architectures (Big Data).
- Security:

Solid understanding of modern security standards and best practices.

B. Leadership & Strategic Competencies

• Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to define a long-term (2–5 year) technology vision and translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Transformation Leadership:
• Demonstrated experience driving change, restructuring technical organizations, and improving overall performance.
• Technical Maturity:
• A deeply technical mindset with the ability to dive into complex technical issues and provide expert-level guidance to engineering teams.
• Team Management:
• Proven capability to build, develop, and retain strong technical teams (50+ members).
