dẫn dắt chiến lược dữ liệu và AI

, không chỉ phân tích mà còn kiến tạo các mô hình thông minh giúp tối ưu vận hành, dự báo chính xác và ra quyết định ở quy mô toàn công ty.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Dẫn dắt các dự án AI/Data chiến lược:

  • Dự báo nhu cầu & tồn kho theo vùng, SKU, thời gian.

+Gợi ý sản phẩm và chính sách bán hàng cá nhân hóa.

  • Phát hiện bất thường trong vận hành & dữ liệu.

  • Thiết kế, huấn luyện và triển khai mô hình 
    Machine Learning / Deep Learning

vào production.
- Chuẩn hóa quy trình 
Data Science workflow

, từ data ingestion đến model monitoring.
- Mentor và review công việc cho các Data Scientist khác.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với lãnh đạo khối kinh doanh, vận hành và sản phẩm để 
biến insight thành hành động cụ thể

.
- Ứng dụng 
AI assistants

(ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, v.v.) để:

  • Sinh & tối ưu code mô hình, notebook, pipeline.

  • Tự động hóa việc đánh giá mô hình, feature generation.

  • Sinh báo cáo và trình bày insight nhanh hơn.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tối thiểu 
    5 năm kinh nghiệm

trong lĩnh vực 
Data Science / AI / Machine Learning

.
- Thành thạo 
Python, SQL

, và ít nhất một framework như 
PyTorch, TensorFlow, hoặc XGBoost

.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình vào production (API, batch job, pipeline).
- Tư duy hệ thống: hiểu cách dữ liệu chảy qua toàn bộ quy trình từ thu thập → xử lý → mô hình → đo lường.
- Đã và đang ứng dụng AI tools vào công việc hàng ngày (Copilot, ChatGPT, prompt-based automation).
- Kỹ năng trình bày & storytelling dữ liệu tốt.

Điểm cộng:

  • Từng làm việc với 
    Airflow, MLflow, Docker, hoặc cloud platform (AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)

- Kinh nghiệm thực chiến trong 
e-commerce / logistics / supply chain optimization

.
- Có khả năng định hướng chiến lược dữ liệu và AI cho team hoặc sản phẩm.
- Có mindset 
data-driven product
