Viettel Telecom is a leading enterprise in the telecommunications and information technology sector in Vietnam, pioneering the development of comprehensive digital solutions for individual customers, businesses, and organizations. We are seeking to accelerate customer growth through digital channels, with a particular focus on driving conversions in package subscriptions, online payments, and automated self-service/post-sales processes. This position will be responsible for setting up and providing end-to-end marketing support for various new business areas and services that have not yet been commercialized on digital channels, including SME, fixed broadband, payment transition initiatives, and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
  • Monitor the entire digital funnel: From traffic → lead → conversion → retention.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Telesales, and Product teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and propose improvements to increase conversion rates (CRO).
  • Support the implementation of growth hacking activities: Referral programs, gamification, and online mini-campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Majors: IT, Electronics-Telecommunications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Digital CRM and Marketing Automation.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of AI applications in marketing (Machine Learning models, personalization, NLP).
  • Language: English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, or MarTech SaaS are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Data, IT, and Marketing teams.
