About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to take charge of our TikTok presence and e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Eikodo Vietnam's TikTok channel: content planning, visual direction, posting schedule.
- Coordinate KOL/KOC/Micro-influencer/Affiliate campaigns: sourcing, negotiation, performance tracking, reporting.
- Run basic TikTok Ads (traffic, conversion, product sales) and optimize campaign efficiency.
- Develop monthly content and sales campaign proposals aligned with the overall marketing plan.
- Ideate and produce brand-oriented video content; turn trends into effective sales-driven content.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize TikTok Shop and Shopee Shop conversions.
- Support additional tasks assigned by the manager.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop operations, TikTok content creation, or KOC coordination.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms and high-converting content formats.
- Basic shooting and editing skills (CapCut or similar) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaign performance.
- Proactive, trend-savvy, and quick learner.
- FMCG experience is an advantage.

Mô tả công việc:
- Xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển kênh TikTok Eikodo Việt Nam (nội dung, hình ảnh, lịch đăng).
- Triển khai và quản lý hoạt động KOC/KOL/Micro Influencers/Affiliate: tìm kiếm, làm việc, theo dõi hiệu quả, tổng hợp báo cáo.
- Chạy TikTok Ads cơ bản (traffic/conversion/product sales), theo dõi hiệu quả và tối ưu ngân sách.
- Đề xuất kế hoạch nội dung & chiến dịch bán hàng theo từng tháng, phù hợp lịch marketing toàn công ty.
- Lên ý tưởng - sản xuất video theo định hướng thương hiệu; bắt trend nhanh và chuyển hóa trend thành nội dung bán hàng hiệu quả.
- Phối hợp cùng team Marketing để tối ưu chuyển đổi trên TikTok Shop và Shopee Shop
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm chạy TikTok Shop/sáng tạo nội dung TikTok/làm việc với KOC
- Hiểu thuật toán TikTok và các dạng nội dung tối ưu chuyển đổi.
- Có khả năng quay - dựng video cơ bản là một lợi thế (CapCut hoặc tương đương).
- Có khả năng phân tích số liệu và tối ưu hiệu quả chiến dịch.
- Chủ động, nhanh nhạy với trend.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm ngành FMCG.
