We are looking for
01 full-time Digital Marketing Executive

to join our fast-growing team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities
:

SEO 50% 

• Perform On-page SEO tasks. Such as keyword research, creating keyword-landing tables, optimizing page, load speed, etc.
• Execute Off-page SEO tasks including backlinks, social signals, email, push notification, etc.
• Optimize conversion rates for app downloads, organic leads on the website.

Digital ads 40%

• Develop and implement advertising plans for Facebook (website conversion, app installation) and Google (search, app installation).
• Optimize ads to achieve goals related to leads, conversion rates (CR, CIR), and revenue.
• Create content for advertisements directly.
• Optimize landing pages.
• Work closely with designers on visual-related tasks (images, videos, landing pages).

Email CRM Marketing 10%

• Develop and implement email marketing plans.
• Collaborate with team members to execute CRM activities, including labeling and email marketing tasks. This includes creating engaging content and compelling hooks

Requirements

:

• Skilled in AI utilization and prompt writing.
• Experience in SEO for websites with over 50,000 monthly traffic. More than 3 years.
• Experience in digital advertising. Especially Facebook (website conversion, app installation) ,  Google (search, app installation) for more than 3 years.
• Ability to convert traffic into lead downloads.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in technical SEO.
• Proficiency in Google analytics, Google search consoles, SEMrush, Firebase.
• Proficiency in running ads and deep understanding of advertising platforms.
• Strong content creation skills, particularly in crafting engaging hooks.
• Proficiency in email marketing tool, CRM.
• Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing using tools like Canva.
• Solid understanding of marketing and branding.
• Knowledge and methodology for researching customer content consumption behaviors.
• Eagerness to learn, actively seeking knowledge to create new content and explore new channels.
