1. Understanding and Implementing the Company's Strategic Vision, Business Model, and Direction
- Fully grasp the Company's vision, long-term strategy, and evolving business model to ensure all activities and processes are designed in alignment with overall strategic direction.
- Analyze and assess existing policies and processes, ensuring consistency with the governance system. Proactively propose, develop, and adjust policies/processes to align with business strategy and objectives.
- Act as a key liaison to coordinate and align relevant stakeholders in the implementation of strategies and processes, ensuring coherence and efficiency across the organization.
2. Driving Operational Efficiency Through Process Digitalization
- Lead the implementation of digital process solutions to optimize operations, reduce manual steps, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Propose and apply technologies and digital platforms to automate workflow steps, ensuring accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digitalization initiatives, analyze operational data, and continuously improve processes to achieve productivity and service quality goals.
3. Managing, Training, and Updating Internal Process Systems
- Conduct regular assessments and updates of internal procedures and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business practices and legal requirements.
- Develop process training materials and support the Operations & Services Division and related departments in delivering system and process training to all employees.
- Serve as the focal point for communicating, guiding, and supervising process adherence, contributing to improved operational capability and service quality across the Company.
