KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.
  • Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign "to-be" processes, and implement improvements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.
  • Develop metrics to track process performance, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work with all business units to drive process improvements collaboratively and support strategic transformation projects.
  • Introduce new tools, automation, and emerging practices to enhance process operations.
  • Lead the Business Process Office team, establish governance for process changes, and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of process excellence, conduct training, and engage employees in identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Support senior management with special projects, audits, and process-related insights as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experienced in
    Process Analyst/IT BA/
    Business Process/Process Automation/Process Improvement/Project Management positions
  • Experienced in Banking, CFC, risk/ops/process consultancy or technology-driven environments is a plus
  • Positive mindset toward adopting and leveraging AI technologies.
  • Mature communication, proactive, strong analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English communication
