About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with a Chinese Language background
who is eager to learn, open-minded, and motivated to grow with our team.
This role is suitable for
candidates with 2–3 years of experience
, who want to leverage their Chinese language skills while exploring different aspects of
business development, sales, and international customer engagement
.

ability to communicate effectively, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities
Communication & Customer Engagement
Act as a bridge between internal teams and overseas partners using fluent Chinese.
Ensure smooth, clear, and professional communication across all stages of customer interaction.
Business Support & Learning
Assist in researching new markets and identifying potential clients.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and documents under guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business processes.
Support R&D by collecting and communicating feedback from partners.
Reporting & Tools
Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage data and track interactions.
- Provide simple progress updates and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
Language
- Fluent
Chinese
(listening, speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory. - Basic to good
English
communication is preferred.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience
.
