2.Mô tả công việc

Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động báo giá:

  • Giám sát, phân công và kiểm soát việc tiếp nhận, xử lý các yêu cầu báo giá vận tải FCL & LCL từ bộ phận Kinh doanh và khách hàng.
  • Đảm bảo tiến độ, tính chính xác và tính cạnh tranh của báo giá trước khi gửi cho khách hàng.

Xây dựng và cập nhật chính sách giá:

  • Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, rà soát và cập nhật định kỳ bảng giá, chính sách giá cho từng tuyến vận tải.
  • Phân tích biến động thị trường, đề xuất điều chỉnh giá phù hợp nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả kinh doanh và năng lực cạnh tranh.

Quản lý hệ thống thầu phụ (FCL & LCL):

  • Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn các nhà thầu phụ phù hợp theo tiêu chí của công ty.
  • Đàm phán điều khoản hợp tác, theo dõi và đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ định kỳ.
  • Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến thầu phụ và đảm bảo duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác hiệu quả, lâu dài.

Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ:

  • Xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát chương trình đào tạo nội bộ cho nhân viên trong phòng.
  • Đảm bảo đội ngũ nắm vững quy trình, nghiệp vụ và nâng cao năng lực thực hiện công việc.

3.Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành logistics, vận tải, QTKD, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trên 10 năm trong lĩnh vực vận tải đường bộ, 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm
  • Có kiến thức sâu rộng về vận tải đường bộ các tuyến đường miền Nam, xuyên biên giới.
  • Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá.
  • Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
  • Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, quản trị rủi ro.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt.
