Transport & Delivery process: - Manage delivery staff and transport vehicles, understand both quantity and quality. - Receive orders and handle issues related to daily transport and delivery. - Plan and arrange transportation according to customer's orders - Arrange work, reasonable route for delivery staff, assign specific jobs to each delivery staff. - Arrange reasonable, optimize routing, cost-effective, on-time deliveries, control oil and tolls fee to report to manager to adjust prices with transporters. - Monitor and control delivery process of delivery staff and guide them to handle arising problems. - Control invoices and documents related to expenses and make monthly payment request for transporters. - Work together and support transporters and warehouses on arising problems - Finding new suppliers with competitive quality to introduce Indirect procurement - Manage the development of Logistics & Delivery processes from arrival of goods in the warehouse to the delivery to the customers, including physical and virtual receiving, checking, loading, routing, and delivery - Supervise delivery team including loading and unloading off truck, managing delivery documents, cash collection and submitting to bank. - Manage and keep control service quality of transporters for yearly performance assessment. 2. Sales & Customer Service coordination: - Corporate with Customer Service team to keep Sales staffs informed about delivery schedule - Be in charge of Safety issues in Dong Nai Warehouse related to delivery activities - Provide sales volume reports of each sales representative, business unit as well as transporting cost, stock status, and debt. 3. Other assignments as required. **YOUR PROFILE**: Education : Relevant Bachelors in economics, transportation or warehousing. Experience : 3-5 years' experience in Delivery and Distribution (Working experience in the chemicals industry and logistics of international companies is advantages) Others : as follows; - Knowledge and experience of vehicles, routing plan, transport rules & laws. - Know how to use GPS navigation systems, Google Map, transportation management system (TMS). - Having good organization and management skills, catching the psychology and ability of drivers & delivery staff. - Ability in operating, arranging, assigning and tracking the most reasonable routing - Optimize vehicle capacity to saving the most effective cost. - Good time management, task management and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Understanding of strategy, management, finance, and HSE rules and regulations - Ability to manage works and changes in a dynamic environment - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Fluent in English is advantage **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**:
