WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF ACCOUNTANT


Location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City


Working hours: Monday – Friday | 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage and supervise the accounting department:

  • Assign, monitor, and evaluate accountants' performance.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with laws and effective operations.

Ensure accuracy of accounting records:

  • Perform and check transactions related to payments, receipts, inventory, sales, banking, receivables, payables, bookkeeping, and document filing; handle arising issues.
  • Review accounting processes to ensure timely completion, compliance with current State regulations, and suitability for each stage of the company's development.
  • Control costs, revenues, profit and loss, inventory, and debts.

Prepare and analyze financial reports:

  • Prepare business performance reports, financial statements, and other required reports.
  • Analyze financial data to assess business performance and the efficiency of capital usage.

Tax settlement & work with Tax authorities and Banks:

  • Prepare and review monthly tax declarations, annual financial statements, and annual tax settlement dossiers as required.
  • Represent the company in working with tax authorities, explain issues related to taxation, tax refunds, and other administrative procedures.
  • Work with banks to provide operational funding for the company.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance – Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • Good communication in English or Chinese.
  • Thorough knowledge of tax laws, accounting laws, and financial accounting principles/standards.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and legal regulations regarding business operations.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and honest.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn and self-develop.
  • Good communication skills and flexibility.
