YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Design & Development:

• Develop engaging, standards-aligned curricula and instructional materials.
• Structure learning objectives and course outlines based on educational goals.
• Adapt curriculum for diverse learning styles, needs, and accessibility.
• Create lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities.
• Develop instructional materials such as textbooks, digital content, and training manuals.
• Work with DTL and other relevant departments to develop content.

Standards & Compliance:

• Ensure curriculum aligns with institutional standards.
• Stay updated on education trends, policies, and best practices.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design assessments to measure student learning outcomes.
• Use data to refine and improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Conduct feedback sessions with educators and learners for curriculum enhancement.

Research & Continuous Improvement:

• Research best practices in education and instructional design.
• Revise and update curriculum based on research findings and feedback.

Education

• Minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree (degree in education preferred).
• Teaching certificate (CELTA or equivalent).
• Master's in TESOL, Education, Applied Linguistics, DELTA or equivalent preferred.

Skills

• English proficiency level: Native
• Knowledge of curriculum and syllabus types.
• Expert knowledge of CEFR and other industry standards.
• Knowledge of a wide range of teaching methodologies and their course-book and classroom implementation.

Experience

• Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Experience in writing and producing text, audio, and other media for digital and course-book content.
