ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Marketing Supervisor to build winning strategic proposals and leadthe Digital Marketing team's performance across channels. This role is ideal for a creative and innovative marketer who thrives in a diversed environment, spearheading the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

The ideal candidate brings proven track record of robust portfolios, and team management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy proposals to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Proposal Development:
    Craft compelling, full-scope marketing proposals tailored to diverse industries, showcasing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Portfolio Management:
    Maintain and present a robust portfolio of successful marketing campaigns to demonstrate expertise and impact.
  • Market Research:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to ensure high performance across all channels, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 05 years in digital marketing, with at least 03 years in a Leadership or Supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the success of developing winning marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results across diverse industries and channels.
  • Skills:

○ Exceptional strategic planning and innovation in campaign development.

○ Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and Marketing Analytics tools

○ Strong leadership and management abilities, fostering team growth and collaboration.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.

WORK LOCATION:
3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC.

WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday from 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM.
