We specialize in helping companies expand globally, build sales & distribution networks, execute brand, marketing & promotion, establish strategic partnerships, investment acceleration, and build sustainable growth strategies across international markets. 

As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial, experienced and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Indonesia.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MUST HAVE experience in B2B corporate sales in business consulting, business advisory, and corporate training to mid-size to large corporations in Indonesia.
  • Must be Indonesian national with fluency in Indonesian and English (spoken & written). Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven sales track record (preferably at least 5 years) in professional consultancy services, corporate training and/or business solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage full sales cycles and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, able to work independently, and remotely with regional team support.
  • Experience in new client acquisition and managing key account relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to achieve the company's annual targets.
  • Identify, target, qualify, and acquire large corporate clients, develop B2B solutions across different industry segments.
  • Lead business development efforts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry channels.
  • Build and manage a local partner network.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and account management.
  • Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on market strategy planning, client requirements, delivery, pricing, and on-going support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
