Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Sales Associate / Sales Manager
to join our team in Binh Duong. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, a proven record of sales performance, and the ability to build and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and R&D teams to support customer requirements and new product development projects.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in the
    plastic manufacturing
    or
    related industry
    .
  • Proven
    sales track record
    with an established
    client portfolio
    and consistent performance.
  • Experience in
    team management
    and
    leadership
    .
  • Strong business development skills and hands-on experience in managing customer projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
    English
    or
    Chinese (preferred).
