We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Description

* Search for and develop new customers (retail stores, mini-marts, coffee shops, restaurants, distributors, etc.).

* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure stable and growing sales.

* Introduce products, adjust sales policies, and execute promotional programs for customers.

* Collect market and competitor information, and gather customer feedback to recommend product or sales policy improvements.

* Monitor orders and payments, and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely delivery.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

* College degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

* Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), especially in the food or ice cream industry, is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

* Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

* Must have personal transportation.
