I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

MẢNG MARKETING

  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai nội dung cho các kênh
    Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube...
  • Sáng tạo ý tưởng nội dung (bài viết, video, hình ảnh) phù hợp với từng nền tảng.
  • Hỗ trợ quản lý, đăng bài, theo dõi tương tác và phản hồi bình luận của người dùng.
  • Tìm hiểu insight khách hàng, xu hướng thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh.
  • Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ Marketing triển khai các chiến dịch quảng bá tour và thương hiệu công ty.

MẢNG SALE

  • Hỗ trợ tư vấn và chăm sóc khách hàng quan tâm đến các sản phẩm tour du lịch.
  • Ghi nhận, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng tiềm năng và hỗ trợ đội kinh doanh theo dõi tiến trình chốt đơn.
  • Quan sát, học hỏi quy trình bán tour và kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống với khách hàng.
  • Phối hợp cùng bộ phận Kinh doanh trong các chương trình khuyến mãi, hội chợ hoặc sự kiện du lịch.
  • Thực hiện các báo cáo hỗ trợ (dưới sự hướng dẫn của nhân viên chính thức).

II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Yêu thích
    du lịch, Marketing, Sale và truyền thông số
    .
  • Có tinh thần học hỏi, chủ động và sáng tạo trong công việc.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
  • Có laptop cá nhân để hỗ trợ công việc.
  • Ưu tiên sinh viên năm cuối các ngành
    Marketing, Kinh doanh, Truyền thông, Du lịch, Ngôn ngữ…
