1.Mô tả công việc

  • Thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý, quản lý hồ sơ doanh nghiệp và quan hệ với cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước.
  • Tư vấn và thẩm định pháp lý chuyên sâu cho các dự án đầu tư, M&A, hợp đồng quốc tế, và mô hình hợp tác chiến lược (BCC, JV, PPP…).
  • Tham mưu, chuẩn bị và triển khai các công việc liên quan đến Hội đồng thành viên, chuyển đổi mô hình công ty và IPO
  • Xây dựng, rà soát và cập nhật quy trình, quy chế pháp lý nội bộ đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.
  • Tư vấn pháp lý nội bộ cho các đơn vị về hợp đồng, đấu thầu, đầu tư, thương mại,…
  • Xây dựng và hoàn thiện khung pháp lý cho hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ, kiểm soát tuân thủ pháp luật, cảnh báo rủi ro và đề xuất giải pháp.
  • Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu từ quản lý trực tiếp.

2. Yêu cầu:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật, Luật Kinh tế,…
  • Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm pháp chế doanh nghiệp hoặc tư vấn pháp lý, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong công ty công nghệ
  • Am hiểu Luật Doanh nghiệp, Luật Đầu tư, Luật Đấu thầu, Luật Dân sự, Luật Lao động và các văn bản liên quan.
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong chuyển đổi loại hình doanh nghiệp, quản trị công ty, và hoạt động của HĐTV/HĐQT.
  • Kỹ năng soạn thảo và đàm phán hợp đồng.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày, thuyết phục tốt.
  • Kỹ năng tổng hợp, phân tích và đánh giá rủi ro pháp lý.
  • Nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình, chịu khó, cẩn thận.
  • Tiếng Anh tương đương Toeic 550 trở lên.
