Legal Specialist

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
● Tư vấn các vấn đề pháp lý liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực Fintech (thanh toán, ví điện tử, P2P Lending, BNPL, v.v.)
● Phân tích rủi ro pháp lý đối với các sản phẩm, dịch vụ công nghệ tài chính mới.
● Soạn thảo, rà soát các hợp đồng: Hợp tác kinh doanh, cung cấp dịch vụ, NDA, MOU, hợp đồng công nghệ…
● Đảm bảo nội dung tuân thủ đúng quy định pháp luật và quyền lợi của công ty.
● Xây dựng, cập nhật các quy trình, quy chế nội bộ phù hợp với quy định pháp luật.
● Tư vấn các vấn đề liên quan đến quản trị doanh nghiệp, sở hữu trí tuệ, bảo mật thông tin người dùng…
● Làm việc với Ngân hàng Nhà nước, Bộ Công thương, Cục Cạnh tranh & Bảo vệ người tiêu dùng hoặc các cơ quan khác khi cần thiết.
● Xử lý các tranh chấp, khiếu nại, cảnh báo pháp lý nếu có.
● Cập nhật các thay đổi pháp lý liên quan đến lĩnh vực fintech và đưa ra cảnh báo, đề xuất điều chỉnh chính sách.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
● Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Luật (ưu tiên luật kinh tế, luật thương mại, luật tài chính).
● Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng pháp chế, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại công ty Fintech, ngân hàng, tổ chức tài chính, công ty luật có mảng tài chính – công nghệ.
● Hiểu biết tốt về các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến:
● Tài chính – ngân hàng, thanh toán điện tử, tiền kỹ thuật số, bảo mật thông tin người dùng, quảng cáo và bảo vệ người tiêu dùng.
● Có kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản pháp lý chặt chẽ, logic.
● Cẩn trọng, tư duy phản biện, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
● Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp với các phòng ban khác.
