To assist Legal Senior Manager in handling legal tasks related to the activities of the DFVN - Fund Management Company, primarily in the operation of Investment Portfolio Management and Securities Investment Fund Management.

  • Provide legal advice for relevant matters in the operation of DFVN; provide legal assessment on the new methods, potential opportunities.
  • Peform legal review for the DFVN's contracts and documents including but not limited to investment activities, related investment activities, distribution of open-ended fund (OEF), items concerning OEF Investors, etc.
  • Prepare the DFVN's dossier submitted to the authorities, administrative procedure etc.
  • Draft, review, develop the internal regulations, procedure, operation manual, code of conduct, ect.; and ensure the internal approval's procedure in accordance with internal regulations
  • Update, disseminate new regulations to relevant divisions.
  • Review the Anti-Money Laundering/Countering Terrorism Financing program.
  • Others: be responsible for the other tasks as assigned by the line manager or higher level from time to time.

  • Bachelor of law degree or higher
  • Having at least 1 working year in the legal and compliance sector
  • Preferably having working experience at the fund management company, securities company, insurance company, bank or financial services
  • Preferably securities certificates (basic issues of securities and securities markets; legal certificate of securities and securities markets) granted by State Securities Commission
  • Business level English language skills, communication skills, integrity and honest
  • Problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • MS Office skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
