Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and maintain
    contracts and legal documents

, including vendor/customer agreements, office lease, PCCC, and other operational documents.
- Manage and update all
company licenses and registrations

(e.g., capital increase, UBO change, POA, dissolution, new company setup).
- Organize and systemize the company's legal documentation to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist in drafting and updating
internal procedures and guidelines

(e.g., confidentiality, compliance, crisis response, NDA/ISO workflows) under supervision.
- Conduct
basic legal research and analysis

to support compliance projects or new regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and track
task timelines, checklists, and reports

for ongoing legal or compliance work.
- Use digital tools and platforms to manage documentation, track progress, and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in legal or compliance support
    (in-house)
  • Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law; experience with government filings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English reading/writing (especially in legal and business documents).
  • Good research skills and ability to analyze and summarize legal information.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion, or other digital tools is an advantage.

  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new legal or regulatory topics.
