Legal & Compliance Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Legal Document & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing, printing, submitting for signature, and archiving legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Track signed documents, filing originals and ensuring proper version control.
  • Support handling internal and external correspondence related to legal matters.

2. Contract Management Support

  • Draft and review basic contract documents based on available templates (service contracts, NDAs, addendums, etc.).
  • Create and follow up contract requests on internal systems (Base).
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to monitor approval workflows and completion status.

3. Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory checklists.
  • Support compliance monitoring activities such as periodic checks, document collection, and data updates.
  • Help with preparing reports, presentation materials, or training documents for compliance programs.

4. Other Assigned Tasks

  • Maintain soft file organization on internal drives following legal retention requirements.
  • Support in preparing materials for meetings, audits, and approvals.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Legal & Compliance.

REQUIREMENT
:

  • University graduate or final-year student majoring in
    Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related fields
  • Able to work full time
  • Proficient in Excel Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
