MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động phòng Kế toán, chịu trách nhiệm trước CFO và Ban TGĐ.
  • Kiểm tra, phê duyệt chứng từ, sổ sách,
    báo cáo tài chính – thuế theo tháng/quý/năm
    .
  • Quản lý
    dòng tiền, công nợ, thu – chi
    , đảm bảo minh bạch và hiệu quả tài chính.
  • Lập
    báo cáo quản trị định kỳ
    , hỗ trợ ra quyết định chiến lược.
  • Xây dựng – cải tiến
    quy trình kế toán, kiểm soát nội bộ
    và lưu trữ hồ sơ.
  • Đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ kế toán viên
    , nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn.
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với
    cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng
    và các đơn vị liên quan.


YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Tối thiểu
    10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành kế toán
    , trong đó
    ít nhất 5 năm ở vị trí Kế toán trưởng
    .
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại
    đơn vị giáo dục hoặc chuỗi dịch vụ (bán lẻ, nhà hàng, đa cơ sở)
    .
  • Am hiểu sâu về
    luật kế toán, thuế và tài chính doanh nghiệp
    .
  • Có năng lực
    lãnh đạo, tổ chức và kiểm soát hệ thống kế toán
    .
  • Kỹ năng
    phân tích, giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm
    tốt.

  • Lương cứng 45–55 triệu/tháng
