ROLE OVERVIEW
The Key Account Executive (E-Commerce) is responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts by developing business proposals, executing campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
This role requires strong account servicing, data analysis, and operational execution capabilities to support merchant growth and channel performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high service quality and long-term partnership growth.
- Develop business proposals, account roadmaps, and strategic account plans to drive revenue and channel growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell company solutions to existing clients while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
Campaign & Project Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns smoothly and on schedule.
- Drive and oversee operational processes to bring projects live, ensuring alignment with agreed KPIs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and timelines to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Sales Performance & Market Monitoring
- Track sales performance and key metrics on a daily and monthly basis.
- Optimize promotion mechanics and media budgets based on performance, market demand, and competitor activities.
- React proactively to market changes to maximize account performance.
Data Analysis & Merchant Support
- Analyze business and performance data to identify merchant issues and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and solutions to support merchant performance improvement.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to enhance customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience
in business-related roles; experience in
E-commerce, retail, or marketplaces
is a strong advantage. - Strong
logical thinking
with a good sense of numbers and data. - Detail-oriented
and comfortable handling operational and execution tasks. - Good
presentation and communication skills
. - Proactive mindset with a willingness to
go the extra mile
to deliver solutions. - Strong communication skills in
both Vietnamese and English
. - Ability to manage
multiple clients and stakeholders
