Mô tả công việc

Tìm kiếm idea để triển khai gian hàng dropshipping hoặc POD trên Shopify platform.

Triển khai hoạt động Marketing nhằm tăng trưởng doanh thu gian hàng, chủ yếu là hoạt động Performance Marketing trên các nền tảng quảng cáo.

Lên kế hoạch, theo dõi và tối ưu hoạt động quảng cáo trên các nền tảng quảng cáo (Facebook/TikTok/Google) của công ty, khách hàng và đối tác.

Liên tục cập nhật thuật toán, nghiên cứu & thử nghiệm để tìm ra phương pháp chạy quảng cáo hiệu quả tốt nhất ở mỗi thời kỳ.

Báo cáo hàng tuần, hàng tháng kết quả triển khai các dự án.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Ứng viên có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai gian hàng dropshipping/POD và chạy quảng cáo trên một hoặc nhiều nền tảng như Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads,...

Sử dụng được các công cụ báo cáo, phân tích quảng cáo như Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager,...

Có kiến thức và hiểu biết các kênh quảng cáo như Meta, YouTube Ads, Zalo Ads hoặc các dịch vụ Digital Marketing (SEO, Quảng cáo, E-Commerce,...) là một lợi thế.

Đã từng có kinh nghiệm hoặc kiến thức nền tảng về Marketing.

Giao tiếp, trình bày tốt, tư duy độc lập, có khả năng tổng hợp, phân tích số liệu, làm việc nhóm và chủ động;

Quyền lợi

Chế độ lương thưởng & phúc lợi hấp dẫn:

  • Mức lương: 10,000,000đ-13,000,000đ/tháng + commission theo quý

  • Phụ cấp: phụ cấp ăn trưa, thưởng ý thức chất lượng công việc; được hưởng 100% phụ cấp trong thời gian thử việc; công ty chi trả vé gửi xe.

  • Phụ cấp ngày sinh lý đối với CBNV nữ.

  • Thưởng kết quả kinh doanh cuối năm (đến 02 tháng lương), thưởng dự án (theo tình hình kinh doanh).

  • Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, được thưởng commission theo KPI, hệ số commission hấp dẫn đối với vị trí khối Sales.

  • Được 1 ngày phép hưởng đủ lương /tháng, sau khi ký hợp đồng lao động chính thức. Cộng phép theo thâm niên: 5 năm cộng thêm 1 ngày phép.

  • Đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo pháp luật hiện hành.

  • Được phục vụ tea-break hàng ngày (trái cây, bánh ngọt,...), luôn có sẵn trà và cafe; khu vực pantry tiện nghi, CBNV thuận tiện sử dụng.

  • Chương trình du lịch nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp tối thiểu 1 năm 1 lần, teambuilding, YEP hàng năm; tổ chức tiệc sinh nhật, chế độ thăm hỏi CBNV, tứ thân Phụ mẫu, con cái ốm đau, Hiếu, Hỷ; CBNV sinh con; tổ chức sinh nhật cho CBNV.

  • Làm việc 5 ngày/ tuần; nghỉ thứ Bảy, Chủ nhật (8h30' - 17h30'), thử việc 02 tháng.
