We are looking for a Shoppertainment Marketing Manager who can turn customer insights, product ideas, and social trends into content that people love to watch and are inspired to purchase from.

Tasks
  • Lead the shoppertainment and short-form content strategy (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for Lever Sphere's global eCommerce brands.
  • Develop and optimize a content-to-commerce system: from insight and creative concept to storytelling and performance measurement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, video editors, and copywriters, ensuring all content is both engaging and conversion-driven.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Performance teams to scale growth through creative, data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in content creation, creative marketing, TikTok marketing, or D2C eCommerce. We prefer candidates have experience in POD eCommerce Industry
  • Understand how short-form video algorithms work and can apply a data-driven approach to creative production.
  • Have a strong creative portfolio or successful case studies that link content to measurable business impact.
  • Combine storytelling ability with strategic thinking and team leadership skills.
