Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for factory and blue-collar roles.
  • Develop and optimize sourcing channels: agencies, vocational schools, job centers, and community networks.
  • Understand labor availability, wage trends, and hiring practices in Northern Vietnam.
  • Partner with HR, production, and operations teams to deliver timely hiring results.
  • Manage external recruitment vendors and evaluate performance & cost.
  • Track hiring data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, blue-collar, and high-volume hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of the Northern Vietnam talent market.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
  • English required; Chinese proficiency preferred.

  • Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng cho vị trí nhà máy và lao động phổ thông.
  • Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các kênh tuyển dụng: nhà cung cấp, trường nghề, trung tâm việc làm, mạng lưới cộng đồng.
  • Nắm vững nguồn lao động, mức lương và xu hướng tuyển dụng tại miền Bắc.
  • Phối hợp với phòng Nhân sự, Sản xuất và Vận hành để đảm bảo tiến độ tuyển dụng.
  • Quản lý các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ tuyển dụng bên ngoài và đánh giá hiệu quả, chi phí.
  • Theo dõi dữ liệu tuyển dụng, chuẩn bị báo cáo và đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật lao động.

Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng, ưu tiên nhà máy, lao động phổ thông và tuyển dụng số lượng lớn.
  • Am hiểu thị trường lao động miền Bắc Việt Nam.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý nhà cung cấp tốt.
  • Yêu cầu tiếng Anh; ưu tiên biết tiếng Trung.
