  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for foreign teachers working in Vietnam.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through global platforms and networks.
  • Verify qualifications, teaching certificates, and legal documents.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and onboarding processes with internal teams.
  • Manage recruitment pipeline to meet the hiring target
  • Build relationships with foreign teacher communities and international partners.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • VN nationality

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    recruiting foreign teachers in Vietnam.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
