As we expand our international reach, we are seeking a regionally based Student Recruitment Specialist in Vietnam to help drive student enrollment and represent CMU in key global markets.

Position Overview:

The Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting students in their local region, managing agent relationships, and supporting prospective students throughout the admissions process. The role requires an experienced and highly motivated individual with an active network of local education agents and a strong understanding of international student mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Student Outreach & Engagement

  2. Represent CMU at local student fairs, webinars, and school visits

  3. Build relationships with students, parents, counselors, and educational consultants

  4. Develop and implement local outreach strategies

  5. Agent & Partnership Management

  6. Manage existing agents and recruit new ones within your region

  7. Train agents on CMU programs, policies, and application processes

  8. Monitor performance and ensure accurate representation of the university

  9. Application & Enrollment Support

  10. Assist students throughout the inquiry, application, and admission stages

  11. Coordinate closely with CMU's Admissions team for application processing

  12. Ensure consistent and timely follow-up to increase application-to-enrollment conversion

  13. Regional Market Research & Growth

  14. Identify trends and competitor activity in the local education landscape

  15. Provide regional insights to inform global recruitment strategies

  16. Develop targeted initiatives for student recruitment and brand visibility

  17. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  18. Meet assigned targets and report weekly progress

  19. Use CRM systems and Excel to manage lead pipelines and report conversions
  20. Continuously optimize strategies based on data and ROI

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Vietnam
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment or international education
  • Existing network of education agents in the region is required
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and virtual communication tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills highly preferred
  • Self-starter with strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
  • Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to long-term employment

Work Hours & Flexibility:

Fully remote position, with flexibility to attend virtual meetings aligned with Dubai time zone.

Occasional evening or weekend work for events (comp off provided)
