Role Summary
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Finan, your main responsibilities will be driving sales for both our flagship products: FinanBook
(real-time cash flow & expense management tools for SMEs) and
SoBanHang
(digitizing sales and ensuring tax compliance for micro merchants). The role requires you to focus on sales, partner development, and channel growth, with emphasis on identifying and onboarding both bank and non-bank partners, as well as building and leading a high-performance sales team.
You will be responsible for actively meeting customers, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the sales of both
FinanBook
and
SoBanHang
through wholesale and direct sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition, Development and Operation:
Identify, onboard, and manage bank and non-bank partners, ensuring successful distribution and growth. - Sales Focus:
Drive sales of FinanBook and SoBanHang with a focus on B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and partner networks. - Customer Interaction:
Consistently meet with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive adoption. - Market Analysis and Strategy:
Regularly analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. - Execution and Growth:
Own sales targets and ensure the scaling of operations and customer acquisition in key regions. - Independent Work:
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
What We Look For
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or distribution (preferably in tech, fintech, or similar industries)
- Proven experience in developing partner networks and sales channels.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets and growth.
- Experience in managing a sales team or leading telesales teams (optional).
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferably with experience in B2B sales and distribution of goods.
- Bright appearance and the ability to present well to customers.
- Ability to create clear plans and documents to drive sales operations.

- Experience leading a team.
- Familiarity with fieldwork and customer-facing roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage the team's workload and time efficiently.
