Key Contributions

• Involve in Functional and Non-functional testing, performance testing, etc
• Collaborate with BA, developers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and support issue investigation
• Prepare and review test documentation, including test plans and results.
• Contribute to the full circle of development to successfully deliver output.
• Handle other testing-relevant tasks assigned by the leader.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices (for Middle/Senior level).

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Automation QC also needs to:

• Design, develop, and maintain test cases/scripts for Web/Mobile applications.
• Leverage programming skills to build and enhance testing frameworks.
• Participate in code/test reviews, manage issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Your skills and experience
Key Ingredients for Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields

Must have:

• Hands-on experience in Manual/Automation software testing for Web/Mobile Applications/Devices:
• 3-6 years of experience: Middle level
• 6+ years of experience: Senior level
• Hands-on experience in writing test plans/test cases/test scripts
• Proven experience in large-scale software project testing is a plus
• High competence in end-user mindset, problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory

For Automation QC:

• Solid programming skills and knowledge of data structures, proficient in any coding languages (Java/JavaScript) and Automation testing frameworks (such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/Playwright/Robot)
• Familiar with at least one database in MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle, and capable of writing and executing SQL scripts
• Well-versed in standard testing methodologies and tools, such as Postman and Charles
